Heavy Duty Badge Retractors are made overseas and tested at 60,000 pulls. Some of the heavy duty reels have a metal case and others are made of polycarbonate plastic. Heavy Duty badge reels are usually made to carry a heavier weight product unlike the plastic badge retractors which are just made to carry ID cards. The heavy duty spring can hold and retract items such as Keys, Cell Phones, Multiple ID cards and sometimes tools.
